Returns Policy

Please take your time and choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Due to the delicate nature of ceramics, breakages may occur in transit. If you receive a parcel with damaged item/s please email hello@kjeclay.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Please email us a description of the issue, please include a photograph of the item along with the packaging. Please do not ship item back until you have spoken with us first. Any shipping fees are at the cost of the customer. In the case of items damaged in transit, a replacement or full refund will be issued.
